The deck handrail looks great. I can't believe the builder didn't give me a way off the deck. Now I can enjoy my backyard without going through the basement. You will be my Plan A from now on.

If you own a home or are just renting, make sure your house is tested for Radon. If you have had it tested and your test results are higher than 4 pCi/L, then you need a mitigator to remove this natural gas from your home soon.
If you buy or sell a house this year you will be required to get Radon Tested. I sold my house in 2008 and my test results were 11 pCi/L. When I heard that, I was scared for my girls playing in the basement. We got it mitigated right away and got it down to 2 pCi/L. After that, I had to find out more of what Radon was. I took classes on Radon from the Radon experts in Colorado Springs. We were Mentored by a well known Mitigator in Fort Collins.
